– an owner can additionally request to have auto deduction monthly where there are no additional fees to the maintenance, an Auto Deduction form (ACH) must be completed, along with a cancelled check, submitted to our office with the form authorizing said monthly deductions, sent to our office prior to the end of the start month and we can set you up.
